I receive an email asking me to submit a review even though I am yet to receive the product I hav paid for. Fail.
I originally tried to pay for this product through PayPal but was told that I could not do so as I live in the Chanel Islands. I deal with various people on the mainland and have no problem paying through paypal, your service is seriously lacking. I wrote to your customer services and they replied asking me to supply the product code, which I did. They then wrote back asking for a screenshot of my PayPal options. At this point I gave up and paid for the item by bank card. I find your service and your customer service department very poor. I have been using Merrell trainers usually bought from your Guildford store for some fifteen years. The online experience has not Good.
