I wrote a negative review about a product that I had bought from Field and Trek in the days when they chose whether to publish them on their site. The review wasn't published so I never bothered again. If they are now outsourcing review management to other companies it can only be a good thing. So here is the Poor rating that they didn't publish before.
Whilst I appreciate the low prices, I would be happier to pay more if Field and Trek employed less staff on zero hours contracts.
