I ordered three pairs of walking shoes, one delivered to my home address and the two others to the Guildford branch. Delivery times on all were ery good and efficient. I went to pick up the Guildford ones yesterday (11th February) and the two young men in the store were absolutely charming and most helpful and courteous. I had phoned earlier and was given clear directions to the shop from the railway station. I gather that most Field and Trek stores have closed and hope this one doesn';t go the same way and if it does, please keep employing those nice young men somewhere! I
