Overall an easy shopping experience. Prices v.competative on everything!
Only things that could be improved (in my opinion) is to lower the threshold for free P&P, and to perhaps offer a "free return label" at a set cost, which could be added to basket as a 'just incase' for customers as returning items is expensive.
