Service excellent , unfortunately the item had to be sent back . I love karrimor and buy nothing else , I ordered a 6 , and the shoe was definately not a 6 ,tabs said they were a 6 they were a 5 , I recently visited my nearest Field and trek shop , and bought the same model shoe in a 5.5 and they fit like a glove . !! cost a packet to send the item back , so next time I need a replacement I shall be driving the 20 miles to the shop instead . !!
