I ordered some stuff from Field and Trek - it was dispatched quickly and arrived promptly.
Only way to improve service would be to stop sending random crap out with orders eg: mugs and magazines.
I didn't order it, I don't want it and it's bad for the environment to drive rubbish around the place to be landfilled.
