I have always been very pleased with my previous orders from this company. However, I placed my last order (ref. no. FT40000017475289 on July 7th., specifying, and paying, for next day delivery, and I still have not received the item which was required for Friday 10th. July.
Yodel suggest it was an error with the address and were sending it back to the sender (Sports Direct). After contact with Yodel they have not suggested an alternate delivery date, and after an initial reply from Sports Direct my subsequent emails have gone unheeded
