An excellent overal service with only a minor point which I believe if improved upon would improve the experience still further:
2 of my initial order items were out of stock and removed by F & T but as the single units made a set I would have preferred the option to select replacements and save additional post & packaging, also it is a great source of irritation to me to receive emails from any unmanned address from anyone.
