Good evening. I placed my order with you on Thursday 19th March and paid the extra for it to be delivered on the Saturday 21st March. This was confirmed. This was because the original date given to me was Monday 23rd March when we were out. How surprised I was when the order arrived Friday teatime 20th March. That of course is extremely good service but we were not expecting it and could have been out. This may of course be a breakdown with details passed to the delivery company or another reason. However we were in and all worked out fine. The packaging however was quite badly damaged but the product was ok. All in all everything turned out ok and we are pleased. Kindest regards D Kirk
