Easy to use website, lots of correspondence regarding my order.
Arrived 4 days earlier then expected.
Would be nice to see a collect from store option at the checkout/payment stage (although it mentions you can collect in your questions and answers pages, I couldn't find it). That said, your sports direct stores with Field and Trek deparments like Cambridge and Leicester don't even appear on your store list.
A very pleasureable experience, very happy with the product, F&T will be my first port of call in the future.
