Returns policy not in line with similar high street stores hence poor score. You have to pay for returns and cannot drop into local store.
Sizing of men's jackets and fleeces is bad - especially Gelert softshell stuff - pathetic is a better word to describe my latest purchase.
Will not buy online from Field and Trek ever again.
