Had to contact customer service because of a problem with goods, used the website form three days ago have not had an acknowledgement nor any response.
A very poor service when this company do not accept telephone calls and using the online form is the only way to contact them.
In fact its annoying to get a request for reviews quicker than they can deal with customers.
