I bought some Gelert branded products at significant discount. When the products arrived they were in their original packaging and undamaged (NOT customer returns) Excellent value for money. So why not 5*? In a couple of words - the courier company they used for delivery. I was out when the courier called and as it later emerged the courier hid the package behind some bins BUT DID NOT put a card through the door. So a week later I go to put the bin out and find the package - £70 gear left outside for a week - really unimpressed. So 5* for F+T and 1* for the courier.
