Sent my item in a plastic bag and so item arrived broken. When I informed them about problem they asked me to send them photos of damage and still insisted they needed to receive item back before sending a replacement. So why did they wate my time getting me to send photos ? Appalling customer service, takes ages to get through to speak to somebody. No wonder they hide their telephone number and you have to search for it. When you do find it you come across all the forums with people complaining about their service. When I did get to speak to a manager she kept deliberately speaking over the top of me and then kept going silent and not answering questions. She also kept threatening to put the phone down on me and told me to shut up. Never again.
