The price for these items was excellent and Field and Trek dispatched quickly with all items as ordered. However, unfortunately, they were let down be the appalling service provided by their delivery company Yodel. Yodel sent me an email late on the anticipated delivery day to say that they had tried to deliver, but I was out and they had left a card. The delivery address was an office with 24hr manned reception. They had lied to me. When I finally managed to contact Yodel (phone line is premium rate by the way) the lady tried to tell me it must have been the wrong address - no there is only one other building with this postcode - another office block; would not commit to delivery on the following day and would not admit any fault. Field and Trek, if you want my business again, I would strongly suggest that you choose another courier !! (Note that you would have got a very good rating if it hadn't been for Yodel).
