Ordered 3 products. Sandals and trousers fine. Ordered a size 18 Gelert coat which was very small for the size (I'm normally between a 16 and 18) so needed to return it. Bit disappointed that there was no provision to return by courier - as it was delivered - but recommended to return by royal mail 'registered post' which is costly and inconvenient.
