File Right charged CAD 165, a Canadian Permanent Resident card was NOT issued nor was a refund made.
Canadian PRC's issued out of Nevada? I should have know better!
The FileRight website mimics the Canadian Government website.
I subsequently applied on the Canadian Government (.gov.ca) website, paid CAD 50 and was issued a PRC.
