“Filled out the Application for Replacement Naturalization Document on 4/11/24. It was received in the mail and I signed and sent it to USCIS. I just received it back, and it was rejected because FileRight had used out-of-date forms. They had used Edition 12/08/21. File Right refuses to refund the $285. I did not receive the correct documents and they say that I don't "qualify for a refund". It was a complete waste of money on forms that I could have easily filled out myself, but I was on a time crunch. Stay well clear of this company!!!”

“Used there online service. I received my documents in the mail within 7 days of filling out the application. Instructions were clear and to point. I was happy with there service and would use them again in the future. For me it was a peace of mind knowing that the application was properly filled out and that i did not miss anything and having an agency walk me thru the process was worth the $165.00.

The FileRight website mimics the Canadian Government website.
I subsequently applied on the Canadian Government (.gov.ca) website, paid CAD 50 and was issued a PRC.

The Website is very easy to use, only the Application fee for the PR Card is $50,
and File Right charges $165 for the use of their website.
I only used Fileright, because I was not able to open and download the application from the Government Website. I hoped that the $165 would include the $50 for the
application fee, but unfortunately I will not use the site again, next time.”

File Right represents itself as an official Canadian government service while actually providing nothing you couldn't do on the actual Canadian website easily and far more chaply. By merely printing out your forms they are slowing your application process process down--you could easily have printed them out yourself and saved time and $150. They are not exactly a scam because they do provide a printout of the form that you spent time completing but when you realize what has happened you feel that you have been ripped off--you have been! Very very disappointing and dishonest way of preying on people. Shame on you people!”

People mistaken their webpage as Immigration Canada website. Anything you need for PR card renewal you can get it done on Immigration Canada official website. This company DOES NOT offer your any additional service, but they charge $145 plus tax for providing the same content from Immigration Canada website.
This should not be considered a legit service and charge. There are originations out there providing same service for free. If you can read English all the steps are available at Canada official website. If you don't read English, this company website is also in English. You don't get any additional help from this company and they charge you for nothing valuable provided, so it's simply a trap.”
