Filled out the Application for Replacement Naturalization Document on 4/11/24. It was received in the mail and I signed and sent it to USCIS. I just received it back, and it was rejected because FileRight had used out-of-date forms. They had used Edition 12/08/21. File Right refuses to refund the $285. I did not receive the correct documents and they say that I don't "qualify for a refund". It was a complete waste of money on forms that I could have easily filled out myself, but I was on a time crunch. Stay well clear of this company!!!
