Got a mortgage for us where others could not, although we had told other places the same things eg a past ccj and a poor credit rating.
We are very happy with all they did and they were very understanding with are past issues.
If you have any past ccjs or a bad credit rating please get in touch with these, don't give up on anything, we were turned down by a mortgage broker on the high street and are existing mortgage company could not help us, even tho we never missed a payment to them.
