Being a first time buyer, this was an extremely useful tool to have. It made the process a lot easier/less stressful and if I had any queries, my advisor was always there to help.
They also kept me updated and checked in constantly which was great for ease of mind.
As it is all done over the phone and not in person I felt they did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable and we're very friendly yet professional.
