Despite a BR 7 years ago I am now in a very good financial position but given the absurd and flawed credit rating system our finance services use I knew applying for a mortgage would be a challenge to say the least and so it proved with a high street building society. Then I found Paul Coss at Finance Advice Centre and I cannot praise enough his thoroughly professional, knowledgable and dedicated (even a Sunday at home) service. Despite just about everything adverse that could be thrown at him he came through not only with the required mortgage but at a rate so good not even Martin Lewis could have obtained it.
