The whole process was quite easy and straightforward. I found that the fees were laid out in an easy-to-understand manner for a first time buyer like myself, and that my Mortgage Advisor, Jeannette, helped me to understand the process better. When I had questions, Jeannette and Administrator, Kayleigh, both responded clearly and quickly. Jeannette was recommended to me in the first place, and I'd certainly also do the same.
