We approached the finance advice centre with a complex mortgage application, our case was handled by Paul Coss along with Callum and the admin team. I can only say Paul and team were amazing. Paul knew exactly what to do with out case his expertise made the process simple and we had a decision very quickly. Paul also managed many of the other issues that arose along the way ,he communicated effectively on our behalf with others in the chain and saw the situation through to completion.
