My crypto wallet froze and the value of my crypto is still not moving.
I try to chat with an operator but I get a reply after 4 hours and it says that it’s being looked at. It’s been over 3 days and still hasn’t been fixed.
You guys need to fix response times and give reassurance to your customers about what is happening.
