I didn't know we got called which meant a lot, janelle (( I am hoping I spelt correctly )) was super kind and spoke to me with a nice calming and understanding voice especially as my child was tired and crying all over me, helped me through the steps even explained how everything goes and even answered my questions. More people Iike that makes a huge difference, I hope she has a lovely weekend! Thank you for the support and help!
