I had several questions, and I used the chat option. It was late in the evening; all my questions were answered and a very timely and polite manner. I needed something clarify, and made sure that I understood what was happening, most chat services don't care, this lady though she needs a raise. She was so patent and helpful. did so and was extremely polite.
