“Absolutely horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They have a pattern of completely ghosting customers, providing no response or details, and not providing the rewards they promise. So far, all of my emails expressing that I was unable to get my reward after completing a promotion were ignored. I had it tracked but marked "not eligible," contacted support multiple times with no response, and if this is not resolved, I will file a formal BBB complaint. If I had known, I would've taken my business elsewhere. This is not a legitimate, trustworthy or reputable company.”

“So so comparison platform. I find the UI not particularly clear. Some filter options are missing. Not all savings options are on the platform. Other comparison sites have a more comprehensive list of accounts. There is definitely room for imporvement.”

Only after escalating the issue and presenting evidence to Alpha recovery firm I able to recover my profit. I advise others to exercise caution.”
