Surprising easy to book and worked really well. I bought a large TV and it would not fit in a large car. Bought the TV at about 3pm and I had it home and up and running by 6pm. The communications from the driver was excellent and everything went smooth, and the driver was a nice friendly guy. I would consider using them again. They are a bit expensive, but to actually book a man and a van on the same day is what you are paying for, so for me, no complaints. It may be cheaper for booking them on another day in advance.
