“The FMV team were very helpful and the process was straight forward. I moved with Removal Heros and was looked after by David and his team mate. They were absolutely incredible. Amazing service and people to deal with. My move was a tad awkward due to location, but they absolutely got the job done in the time frame. Would highly recommend!”

“Excellent service, received calls and texts with times of arrival, two men came helped put the bed together after delivery. I was dubious at first having to pay a deposit by card payment over the phone, but needn’t have worried, I received an Email confirming the initial deposit, and paid the men cash when the job was completed. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou”

Hi Edith, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you feel you had a less than satisfactory experience through our platform. We have conducted a thorough investigation of your claims and would like to provide some information we have received from your service provider: The driver team have reported that they had handled the majority of the items involved in your booking and that you or whomever else was present was only asked to handle small items that they are comfortable with, this included the driver team taking the items up / down the floors at each of the given properties. The driver team also notes that you had more items than you had listed when creating the booking, however the reason they had counted some additional time was that they claim they had to wait for you to arrive at the delivery address as you were being transported by a friend / family member, so this contributed towards your total booked hours and subsequent need for overrun charges. Had you contacted us during the move or before leaving this feedback we would have been happy to clarify these charges for you, we have also reached out to you by phone and text message but received no response.
