“I had the genuine pleasure of spending 6 hours with my driver, collecting my belongings from across the country & ending in Scarborough. My driver wS hard working, enthusiastic & good company. Whilst not the cheapest option, it still proved good value for money. Highly Recommended!!”

“Overcharged and added on extra cost of £50 from original agreed upon price. Said more items than promised even though it was only a few bags and 5 extra small boxes plenty of space in the van and time was not exceeded for the move. All items were moved promptly within the 1.5 hour window yet the guys who were hired said too many extra items and charges us an extra 50.”

Following your review, we have investigated and taken information from the attending driver team that confirms that additional items were required at the time of your booking. Per our instructions both during and after booking created, we do require an accurate and itemised list of items for all bookings as drivers use this information for confirmation and insurance purposes. Any additional items beyond those listed are charged at the driver's discretion and, if there any disagreements about items or charges during bookings, we always invite customers to inform us so that we may offer our assistance and find a resolution at the earliest possible opportunity. Unfortunately we were not contacted, or left any messages, at any stage regarding any dissatisfaction with the service or charges, so we were unable to assist you. We had tried to contact you following this investigation but sadly were unable to reach you. We hope to assist you again in the future with your move. Sincerely, Find My man And Van

Our team have investigated based on your feedback and follow-up conversations with you and your driver, it appears this may be regarding extra charges needed during your booking. External charges are applicable in some instances based on the locations involved and the journey between them, in this instance it appears some charges were necessary and may have been discussed between you and your driver prior to the booking, according to your driver. We had attempted to contact you following this investigation but unfortunately have been unable to reach you.
