“I have two parts of the review here : 1st, the men and van came on time as scheduled, both were nice, friendly, and gentle with my furniture. I gave them 10/10. I can't thank them enough; they were brilliant and quick. 2nd part, when I booked online and spoke with customer service, he misled me to get a bigger van and pay more money, even though I told him what furniture I have, and that my flat is a one-room flat, he insisted on booking a bigger van for a 2-3 room flat and after I booked 2-3 days later he said that big van not available and he will send smaller one which he is sure that it will be enough for the furnitures that I listed in my order and when I said that I had the same conversation 2-3 days ago. You made me pay more. He gave me a 50£ discount, which was unfair as the smaller van was much cheaper than the one I paid for, not just 50£ different.”

The driver later contacted you to explain that the Luton wasn’t available due to another job and offered an XL wheelbase van instead. This vehicle isn’t one of our standard website options but is comparable in overall capacity — slightly lower in height, but with a longer load area and higher weight limit, making it suitable for the same type of move. The lower-priced option listed on our website refers to a large (LWB) van, which is smaller than the XL provided, so the pricing difference reflects the vehicle size and specification. “The driver and the van showed up on time, and I was informed of the precise time they would arrive with phone calls and messages. I was moving flats, and they were smooth and quick, taking care of furniture and badly packed items. However (and a big however), I contracted a driver and van for a set price, and had 3 friends (and I) at my end present in both places to load and unload the items, as contracted (the driver would help, but there would be people from my side helping to load and unload). The driver showed up with two additional people who were to do all the moving. And they did most of the heavy lifting (although my "team" helped a lot). At the end of the day, I had to "tip" everybody who came with the van to pay for their work, which increased the price by 66%. Not something I had agreed and had I known this, I would've arranged something different. So, for quality of service, I'd give them 5 stars. For how they handled my request and charged me, 1 star.”

“Find my van only notified me my request has been accepted around 36 hours before my move so I was locked into paying the full amount if I cancelled. The mover was a genuine guy but his van was unreliable and required a double trip for a load that should have been one trip. Slightly disappointing as I had great service when used in the past but the move was completed and that's all the mattered at the end of the day.”

“Great service and easy to book. Only issue was that you are pressured repeatedly to provide a packing list online then cannot change it if you mistype anything, you then have to call in and are given stern warnings that this may invalidate the agreement with the driver.”

“Found Find My Man and Van Ltd via Chat GPT and this was the best recommendation. A quick phone call and I was matched to Persistent Transport. Petro was amazing to work with. Professional, punctual, courteous and his communication exemplary. I was travelling to meet him and his coordination was on point. My long distance move went so smooth I dare say I was relaxed!!
