Mo was friendly and helpful. All items were packed securely and the move went without an issue. I was expecting things to be more stressful with the move on my own. I would 100% recommend and use in the future. In addition to my first comment I'd like to add that I found the platform for booking straightforward to use and I had to call to add items on which was no bother at all. the employee on the phone was helpful and polite. 10/10 service
