After nine years on the road, my driver's side mat wasn't looking too good with a hole going right to the floor. I originally ordered the most basic replacements but then almost instantly decided I needed something a bit more durable and easier to clean off mud and dog hair etc. The customer service was excellent when I asked to cancel the order and I was able to reorder what I wanted easily. The shipping was as described and the mats are beautifully made - especially pleased that they have the same clickers that hold the mat in the place as my original ones did. Highly recommend.
