After delivery of my 'prestige' mats for my BMW 430i convertible I found the quality and depth if pile wasn't has I expected. I fitted them and found, after only 150 miles there was heel wear on the driver's side. I informed the company, who after discussions with the factory, sent me another set. The quality of this set has a deeper pile and looks and feels so much better. Well done in giving customer satisfaction.
