One of the four mats wasn’t as plush as the other three. I asked for a replacement mat as I was happy with the others, but was almost disbelieved. Eventually I was offer a 10% discount but I only wanted a replacement mat. To date I have not received either. Three stars because the good mats are are good.
Disappointing.
