Ordered set of mats without first checking the feedback. Whilst waiting for order I then checked feedback and saw that delivery times were long. However the mats then turned up and they are fit for purpose. I went for the standard mats and they are a little thinner than I hoped. However, i wasn't in a hurry, so no complaints and reasonably satisfied.
Maybe the vendor could set expectations on delivery at the start.
