Mats arrived, quality excellent however one didn’t fit. Reported this and a replacement set was sent. This set sadly was for the wrong vehicle. Reported again, and another set dispatched. This time the mat which was wrong now fitted. All done without squabble or fuss. Unfortunate issue but great customer service resolved the problem.
