The mats took over 10 working days to arrived. I chased them twice and was told they had been dispatched, however I had not received an email to say so. Eventually upon chasing for the third time I received a dispatch email that evening and they eventually arrived. The rubber mats smelled terrible, very worryingly so. I queried this and they told me this was normal and I was to “soak them white vinegar/water solution and it should fade away.” I declined this option and requested a refund. They then offered me 10% off which I declined and asked for a refund. They still did not acknowledge this and told me they had to speak to their factory. They have not replied to me since and it’s been a week now since I last heard from them. They do not respond to the live chat on their website. They don’t have a phone number. They take days to reply to emails. They fail to acknowledge customers requests for a refund. I would not recommend purchasing from finest car mats at all. Stay clear.
