the woman I spoke to on the telephone was extremely polite and helpful.
But I do have a comment on the DHL delivery service in Berlin, Germany: I seem to have forgotten the street number on my order,so the item was returned to you. It would have been nice if someone at Finnish Design had noticed the missing street number, or if someone at DHL in Berlin had contacted you so you could contact me, rather than sending the item back. I will certainly be ordering from you in the future. Many thanks
