I ordered a specific item from Finnish Design because their website said they had it in stock and it would ship/arrive no later than 12/26. I could have purchased it from other websites, but I believed Finnish Design would ship as stated. It is now Dec 31, and my shipment is still in "pending" status. Based on their tracking system, it appears to be in Germany.
Disappointed but still hopeful someday I will receive the order.
