The fast despatch was appreciated, however you were let down by DHL. The packages spent several days travelling between Finland/germany/belgium/uk/germany/uk/germany/iceland. Ultimately the delivery was not made to my house (which I paid for) but to a ‘drop-off’ box in Reykjavík. The product itself is stylish and was accurately described but there is some lack of flexibility with its positioning on the back of the tv. For example, to fit it as described would mean that the internet input socket would be covered by the stand horizontal member and would then apply pressure to the electronic board inside the tv. So we have had to install the rack in a slightly asymmetrical orientation. I can send some images if you wish.
