I have purchased a number of items from Finnish Design over a period of time and have always found the customer service staff always very friendly, efficient and willing to help in many ways.
With my most recent purchase I made a mistake with the item I purchased, it was the wrong model for my purpose, and on this occassion the staff member who assisted me was all of the things I have mentioned above. And the return of the item and a refund was made so easy by Finnish Design.
I couldnt have asked for better service.
