The mugs are beautiful, we received exactly what we requested, the packaging was perfect for preventing damage, and our order arrived within estimated time frame. In general i think Iittala products are gorgeous, and little by little i hope to order glass votive candleholders, glassware, and so forth. Thank you for bringing beauty to a chaotic world!
