The Aarke kettle is a wonderful product that I do not regret to have ordered. However, after 2-3 days, it started to make strange sounds. It was seemingly defect wherefore the customer service reimbursed me. The product, if it works well is definitely a good pick and in terms of customer service, I am happy that they were that helpful in the end.
