Bought a Frama table that unfortunately wasn’t packed to last the journey to Australia, and got damaged. The shipping companies along the way also played a part in the condition it arrived in. The table was coming out of the box when I received it, had a dent on one side of the metal and a large number of scratches on the top surface. I was offered an option to send it back for a full refund or be given a small refund (20%) and keep it. It was just going to be so hard to have it sent back though, so I accepted the partial refund. I do appreciate that I was given these options but the table just looks quite bad and I feel very disappointed when I look at it. I would have much preferred a replacement get sent out. This is the second Frama product I ordered from the Finnish Design Shop this year and both arrived in damaged boxes although the first was okay inside. It does make me reluctant to purchase anything else. All things considered I think the company responded quite well with options to remedy the situation but I guess I’m just disappointed to have a damaged table still.
