Excellent customer service very quick responses. Absolutely in love with my new bag. From the minute, I saw it across the airport terminal having an out of body experience approaching this woman, which I would never ordinarily do. I had to tell her how much I loved her bag and without taking too much time I just asked her Where she got it and all she said was, it was a Finnish designer. Without seeming creepy in the airport I said, thank you so much and walked away feeling remorse that I didn’t have any further information so between then and the time I got my seat on the airplane, searching the color of the bag and Finnish designer I eventually found it on the Finnish Design Shop website. I don’t treat myself very often so I put off buying it for a while. Absolutely could not stop thinking about it, so I finally broke down and I’m absolutely thrilled with it.
