I ordered a Tom Dixon Void and it arrived with scratches all over which resembled a returned/used item, and it clearly had a defect in it's glazing which is clearly visible to anyone who looks at it.
Either Finish Design Shop did not check the light prior to shipping or they deliberately shipped me a light that was returned by another customer.
I'm located in Australia, what options do I really have? I basically kept it because it was too much trouble to have it returned.
