Very disappointing experience. 2 out of 4 chairs and 1 out of 2 cushions were damaged/stained when they arrived. Contacting customer service apparently only worked once I contacted Klarna to pause the payment. I was asked to send pictures of the damaged goods (which I did) but it is now 2.5 weeks and I have not heard back from customer service. My request for confirmation that the case was being handled was ignored. I would not recommend this shop (at least not if you do not have extra storage space to keep furniture packaging and damaged furniture until/in case customer service ever gets back to you).
