My item is faulty so I emailed to ask how to replace / exchange it but the auto reply says I should expect 6-8 days for a response to my email?!
Bad enough to send out a faulty item (where is the quality control?) but then more than a week to reply to a query? Plus I receive an email newsletter every single day which is ridiculously excessive. Absolute rubbish, I would not shop here again.
